Tasting Note:
Clear straw yellow in the glass, this wine opens with a hint of white flowers and an aroma of reductive apples. On the palate, it starts with tart green apple skin, then moves into baked apple and marzipan, finishing with notes of toasted brioche and lees. The medium-plus body adds richness, balanced by a high acidity that carries through to a long finish.
