The grapes are harvested slightly earlier to preserve bright acidity and maintain a balanced alcohol level. Fermented in stainless steel, this easy-drinking Cabernet is crafted by a family-owned, certified organic winery in Riverland, Australia. "A lively medium-ruby color, day-bright and clear. On the nose, the fruit is decidedly red, with macerated strawberry/ raspberry toward framboise. Similar rich, red berries on the palate, with a very relaxed tannic structure framing the fruit. There's moderate acidity that refreshes, and an exceptionally smooth texture and lengthy finish."
