Keely Rosenthal

Keely has been in the hospitality industry for her entire working life. Her experience ranges from working in local restaurants, to corporate and boutique hotels and private country clubs. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. Degree in Hotel Management, Keely continued on to complete her certification with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET). Keely’s personal passions include activities such as hiking, biking, riding horses, and reading at eccentric coffee shops. She is originally from Washington State.

Our private dining room at Waverly is outfitted with a spacious live edge table and cozy red booths. A sliding barn door separates another adjoining private space to accommodate varying group sizes.

Additionally, our flower-lined, covered patio provides another charming space for private events.

Our Birkdale Village location is now open and booking private events!

The private dining room at Foxcroft Birkdale is equipped with a monitor for presentations and a privacy screen for added seclusion. The adjacent semi-private room is perfect for cocktail-style or seated events. Our spacious open-air patio is also available for a more casual experience.
