The Foxcroft Retail Return Policy
Return Policy for Bottles Purchased In-Person at any Foxcroft Food & Wine (FFW) Store
At FFW, our daily commitment is to provide you, our customers and guests, with the best wines available, from quality sources the world over. Any wine you choose to purchase from us should be enjoyable and in the best of condition. If, however, a wine isn't what it should be, or isn't tasting as it was recommended, we will happily accept a return for store credit or full refund, under certain conditions.
1. Refund:
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date at the store location where it was originally purchased. All FFW locations are separate businesses.
- The wine must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented.
2. Exchanges:
- If the wine is flawed (corked, oxidized, affected with bacterial spoilage), or otherwise not exactly as it should be, please return the remaining contents in the original bottle to the location that it was originally purchased. The full value of the bottle can be used as store credit OR a replacement bottle of the same wine will gladly be supplied.
3. We cannot accept empty bottles for either store credit or full refund.

Return Policy for Bottles Purchased Online and Picked-Up at any Foxcroft Food & Wine (FFW) Store
- Your return must meet the criteria outlined out above to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return for an online purchase please contact onlinesales@foxcroftwine.com with the following information:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Item you would like to return
- Reason for the return
Refund Policy for Events Held at any Foxcroft Food & Wine (FFW) Store
Foxcroft Food & Wine will take every step possible to avoid charging for canceled reservations. However, a phone call only takes a moment. Kindly plan appropriately and honor our commitment to each other.
The following fees will apply upon notification of cancellation:
DAY-BEFORE: 50% Of Ticket Price+ Tax
DAY-OF or NO SHOW: Full Ticket Price + Tax
