Event Cancellation
The following fees will apply upon notification of cancellation:
DAY-BEFORE: 50% Of Ticket Price+ Tax
DAY-OF or NO SHOW: Full Ticket Price + Tax
Wine Club Cancellation
To ensure cancellation for the current month, you must cancel at least three days before your next auto-renewal date. Manage your subscription by logging in to your customer account. From there, you can update credit card information, place your subscription on hold, skip a month, or cancel.
Cancelling An Online Wine Purchase
Customers are entitled to cancel their wine purchases within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests received after this period may not be accommodated. To request a cancellation after 24 hours, email onlinesales@foxcroftwine.com.
Shipping Policy
We don't offer shipping services for wine or any other products. All non-event orders must be collected from the designated Foxcroft Wine Co. location selected during the purchasing process.
