Foxcroft Wine Co. is your local wine bar, bottle shop, and scratch kitchen restaurant. Founded in 2004, with the original goal to combine the convenience of a retail wine shop with a from-scratch kitchen and the best and most eclectic selection of wines by the glass.

Today, we've refined the model, creating a full-service restaurant offering sharable plates and entrees designed to be paired with an extensive selection of wines. Foxcroft's talented culinary team is passionate about simple, locally sourced ingredients and cooking styles inspired by cultures and cuisines all designed with wine in mind.

Foxcroft is on a mission to make wine approachable and enjoyable for everyone. Our highly trained wine savvy staff is eager to guide you toward that perfect bottle to either be enjoyed at home or in our warm and laidback environment.

Owner Conrad Hunter has worn many hats: first as a professional musician during the ‘80s and ‘90s, and later as a wine professional and entrepreneur. Creativity and passion were the driving factors in both choices. He decided to leave the world of wine wholesale and open his own retail business after recognizing a need for a strong, fully represented retail store.

His concept was to offer a diverse selection of wines from every major wine-producing region in the world, combined with a wine bar and full-service kitchen. Deceptively simple - but a concept still lacking in Charlotte. And so Foxcroft Wine Co. was born.
