Birkdale Village Location

Our newest restaurant opened in 2024 in Huntersville near Lake Norman. Step into our freshly renovated space, adorned with elegant lighting, wood tables, and a warmly lit covered patio overlooking the main lawn and stage in the heart of the Birkdale Village community. With a selection of more than 40 wines available by the glass, and a representation of nearly 500 different labels, there's surely something new or familiar that we are eager to introduce you to! Savor the menu crafted by our culinary team, showcasing scratch-made small plates, pastas, flatbreads, and our signature dessert: donuts. Foxcroft Wine Co. gift cards are now digital! Purchase online and redeem at any of our locations on dine-in or retail purchases!

Simply enter the recipient's email address and send the gift card immediately or schedule it to send at a future date. Upon redemption present the gift card email with the barcode on a smartphone or printed paper for scanning.

Physical gift cards are also available for purchase at all Foxcroft Wine Co. locations.

Phil Barnes

Executive Chef

Phil, a native of Ontario, Canada, embarked on his culinary journey at a young age, inspired by his mother's love for baking and cooking classic Julia Child recipes. Upon moving to Charlotte at the age of 14, he immersed himself in the hospitality industry, starting as a dishwasher and gradually ascending the ranks in esteemed establishments like the Lamplighter and Nobles. With 15 years of dedicated service to the Nobles restaurant group, Phil cultivated a deep-seated passion for food, impeccable service, and enhancing the guest experience. Now, as he joins the Foxcroft team, he eagerly anticipates spearheading the new Birkdale location. Beyond the kitchen, Phil finds solace in literature, nurturing his garden, enjoying outdoor adventures with his faithful furry companion Clive, enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee and cherishing moments with his loved ones.

Quelontae Nunn

Quelontae Nunn is a graduate of North Carolina Central University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. During his time in college, he planned and executed numerous events and programs that brought together people from diverse backgrounds, fostering connections and community. His work in the restaurant industry during this period sparked a passion for creating impactful experiences and building relationships.
