We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location in Birkdale Village of Huntersville in the Lake Norman area. Step into our freshly renovated space, adorned with elegant lighting, wood tables, and a warmly lit covered patio overlooking the main lawn and stage in the heart of the Birkdale Village community. With a selection of more than 40 wines available by the glass, and a representation of nearly 500 different labels, there's surely something new or familiar that we are eager to introduce you to! Savor the menu crafted by our culinary team, showcasing scratch-made small plates, pastas, flatbreads, and our signature dessert: donuts. We are excited to welcome you to Foxcroft Birkdale!

Foxcroft Wine Co. gift cards are now digital! Purchase online and redeem at any of our locations on dine-in or retail purchases!

Simply enter the recipient's email address and send the gift card immediately or schedule it to send at a future date. Upon redemption present the gift card email with the barcode on a smartphone or printed paper for scanning.

Elyse Stefaney

Assistant General Manager

Elyse has known she wanted to be in the restaurant industry since childhood. Through college at Johnson & Wales University, the passion shifted from pastry to the world of wine after an internship in Chicago led to a new perspective on wine pairings. Elyse now holds certifications with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS). After managing beverage programs with other Charlotte-area restaurants, she has found home with the Foxcroft family. Elyse enjoys the outdoors and when not helping you choose the best bottle for your meal, she can be found playing in her garden or camping with her wife, Ann Marie - their rottweiler, Susan, always close by. 

Phil Barnes

Executive Chef

Phil, a native of Ontario, Canada, embarked on his culinary journey at a young age, inspired by his mother's love for baking and cooking classic Julia Child recipes. Upon moving to Charlotte at the age of 14, he immersed himself in the hospitality industry, starting as a dishwasher and gradually ascending the ranks in esteemed establishments like the Lamplighter and Nobles. With 15 years of dedicated service to the Nobles restaurant group, Phil cultivated a deep-seated passion for food, impeccable service, and enhancing the guest experience. Now, as he joins the Foxcroft team, he eagerly anticipates spearheading the new Birkdale location. Beyond the kitchen, Phil finds solace in literature, nurturing his garden, enjoying outdoor adventures with his faithful furry companion Clive, enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee and cherishing moments with his loved ones.

Danielle Baldwin

Service Manager

Danielle is originally from Delaware where she attended Wilmington University and discovered a love for wine through an elective course called “World of Wines”. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Minor in Human Relations, Danielle achieved the Wine and Spirits Education Trust level 2 Award in Wines. (WSET2) Danielle recently moved back to the Charlotte area to join the team at the new Foxcroft Wine Co. Birkdale location. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, salsa dancing, cooking, and hosting dinner parties with friends.
