Originally from the Tampa Bay area in Florida, Deb has called North Carolina home for over twenty years. She earned a degree in Art and Design from St. Petersburg College and has built extensive experience across a range of hospitality settings, from beach bars and country clubs to breweries.

Deb is excited to bring her expertise and passion to her role as General Manager at Foxcroft in Birkdale after starting at our Dilworth location two years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and spending quality time at the lake with her family.

Katie’s story in hospitality began in the suburbs of Washington D.C.  at age 15. Although she went on to receive a B.S. in Political Science from Longwood University, her focus was always on her career in hospitality. Katie now brings over 20 years of experience to the Foxcroft Birkdale Team.  Some of her fondest memories were made over a bottle of wine and delicious food; her goal is to help guests create their own memories and lasting connections throughout the community.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her Aussies and Bernedoodle, attending the local Charlotte athletic games, at the racetracks cheering on her favorite driver, or taking her own sports car down country roads. 

As Executive Chef at Foxcroft, Shane Kosorok leads the kitchen with creativity, intention, and a love for bringing people together over great food. His menus are guided by seasonality and inspired by the belief that elevated cuisine can still feel approachable and comforting.

Chef Shane is passionate about pairing vibrant flavors with Foxcroft’s wine-forward identity, creating dishes that invite guests to linger, share, and explore. Known for his calm leadership and collaborative style, he fosters a kitchen culture built on teamwork, consistency, and genuine care- values that shine through in every plate that leaves the pass.
