When it came time to commission an exclusive California Pinot Noir for by-the-glass pours at all Foxcroft locations, we knew we had to be selective. After tasting many that didn’t quite hit the mark, we’re thrilled to say that Mulray captures exactly what we were looking for—our best expression yet.
"Mulray is a gorgeous expression of a Californian pinot noir. With its medium garnet color, and aromas of red summer berries, it opens up on the palate revealing flavors of cherry cola, raspberry and strawberry. Mulray is an easy drinking, approachable pinot noir, for those who love a fruity, dry, low tannin wine with well balanced acidity and an enjoyable light fresh finish. Being a Pinot Noir from California it can stand up well against flavor packed foods, or simply enjoyed on its own!"
