Vallevò’s Rosato is a bright and expressive example of Montepulciano Rosato, a vibrant, food-friendly style made from one of Abruzzo’s signature red grapes. Crafted from 100% Montepulciano, this rosé sees no more than three hours of skin contact before the must is racked and fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve and enhance its aromas. The wine then spends two weeks on its lees, adding a little roundness and persistence to the palate.

Made from 100% Montepulciano, this expressive rosé opens with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, tomato leaf, and lemon blossom. The vibrant palate offers notes of apricot, nectarine, watermelon, and plum, with a hint of minerality. Zippy acidity leads to a round, refreshing finish.
