He’ll guide us through a class on one of sommeliers’ favorite grapes, a variety often misunderstood for being always overly sweet. While some Rieslings are indeed sweet, they can also be among the most expressive and elegant white wines. After tasting several examples, we’re confident you’ll discover just how beautiful and versatile this grape can be.
