Nicola hails from a long line of winemakers in Veneto, Italy, where he grew up surrounded by the vineyards of the Valpolicella region. Despite studying political science in college, his deep passion for wine eventually led him back to his roots. He joined his father in revitalizing the family's wine brand, Marchesi Biscardo. In 1997, Nicola expanded their reach by coming to the U.S. to network and grow their export business, which he continues to manage today.
