Cooler temperatures at high elevations make it ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon, yielding wines with rich dark fruit and firm tannins. Andrew Geoffrey Vineyards, perched at 1,800 feet, exemplifies this with its Cabernet blends, offering complexity, minerality, and excellent aging potential.
