In this Sip Experience, we'll explore the differences between Old World wine styles and the New World style of Walnut Ridge Vineyard, located in Willamette Valley, Oregon. Edward will guide us through three wine pairings, each showcasing a classic European wine alongside one from Walnut Ridge. He'll describe the differences and explain the reasons behind them, including the impact of each terroir. Light shared appetizers will be served throughout the class to complement the tasting.
