Foxcroft Food & Wine Dilworth is conveniently located just outside of Uptown Charlotte in Dilworth’s Kenilworth Commons. Known for the signature burger, which was named to Charlotte Magazine’s Best Burgers list, our menu also features house-made pastas, artisanal cheese boards, and entrées made with locally sourced ingredients. We pair seasonal menus with over 35 wines by the glass, flights, and hundreds of bottles available to enjoy here or take home. Haley Smith

General Manager

With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Haley has built her career on creating elevated, memorable guest experiences. A civil engineering major turned hospitality leader, she fell in love with the energy of service, connecting with people, crafting special moments, and leading dynamic teams. Her background includes serving as Director of Food & Beverage Outlets for the Omni Charlotte Hotel, where she successfully launched and reopened multiple restaurants, bars, and in-room dining operations following the COVID-19 shutdowns. Known for her quick wit and infectious sense of humor, Haley brings laughter and light to her teams while keeping standards high and service seamless. Originally from Tampa, she blends warmth, professionalism, and southern hospitality in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the water, catching a hockey game, and exploring life’s adventures with her daughter, Harper.

Xan Law

Assistant General Manager

Xan is a Charlotte native and a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in the beverage, hospitality, and retail industries, he brings both expertise and passion to his work. Xan’s goal is to make wine approachable, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone, whether they’re just starting to explore or already have a favorite style. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time on the golf course, and continuing to deepen his knowledge of wine.

Buzz Frazier

Executive Chef

Buzz grew up in St. Simon’s, Georgia, where he got his start in the restaurant world washing dishes at small mom-and-pop shops. By the time he was in high school, he had already worked his way up to executive chef. After earning a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta, he took his skills across the country to Washington and Canada. He later became one of the youngest culinary instructors at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, where he also launched a successful personal chef and catering company. From there, Buzz went on to own a restaurant in Brooklyn before eventually settling in Charlotte.

Outside of the kitchen, he’s a fan of live music, vinyl records, and exploring local spots around Plaza Midwood.
