About our

Greenville Location

Foxcroft Food & Wine Greenville, located in the historic West End, blends great food, an extensive wine list, and genuine hospitality. Housed in a restored Model T-era Ford dealership, our Greenville restaurant features wall-to-wall wine shelves, stained glass details, and over 30 wines by the glass, as well as hundreds of bottles to enjoy here or take home. Our Modern American menu highlights locally sourced, house-made dishes including pastas, flatbreads, salads, and entrées. Wine flights, frosé, and beer are also offered on our rotating beverage list.

Guests can enjoy the cozy wine bar or our spacious covered patio, where you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Greenville. We’re just steps from Falls Park, making Foxcroft a perfect stop before or after your visit.

Ivy Stokes

General Manager

Ivy Stokes joined the Foxcroft team in 2016, starting out as a server and and quickly working her way up to Assistant General Manager and then General Manager. Ivy’s industry knowledge and sense of hospitality are all-important to the culture and success of the organization. Upon hearing about a potential Greenville location, Ivy jumped onboard for the new adventure.

When not hard at work Ivy can be found hanging out with sidekicks Scooter and bad, bad, Leroy Brown, her amazing dogs.

Ashley Purcell

Assistant General Manager

Ashley is an Oklahoma Native but now calls Greenville home. Starting at Foxcroft in 2021 as a server she found her passion and appreciation for the artistry, history and geography that goes into making each bottle of wine. She brings with her 20 years of industry experience. In her free time she enjoys hiking, nature photography, and kayaking.

Toby Braso

Executive Chef

Before joining the Foxcroft family, Chef Toby spent years cooking in Delaware alongside James Beard Award–winning chefs, sharpening his craft and developing a love for bold, simple flavors done really well. Now he’s bringing that passion south, creating dishes that feel approachable, flavorful, and always better with a glass (or two) of wine.
