Brother and sister Trent and Kimberly Jackson launched their first label in 1996, working alongside their father, whose winemaking instincts were rooted as much in the vineyard as the cellar. As they came into their own, they carved out a clear point of view that resonated with a new generation of wine drinkers. Rather than follow the prevailing Napa styles of the time, they chose a different path, focusing on the distinct character of their family vineyard and the land itself. For them, progress in wine has always started small, led by producers willing to stay curious, flexible, and true to place.
