Winemaker Nick Goldschmidt crafts a wide range of wines across California's Central Coast, including Foxcroft’s house Herald Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. His hands-on approach and focus on vineyard expression result in wines that are balanced, expressive, and consistently overdeliver, from the Merlots ripe fruit and polished tannins to the Chardonnay’s bright orchard fruit and fresh, textured finish.
Join us as we welcome Nick as our guest speaker for the evening. He’ll walk us through a lineup of his wines while you enjoy a thoughtfully prepared five-course meal from our culinary team.
