Join us for a wine dinner featuring seven wines from Paolo Scavino, one of Barolo’s leading family estates. Founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto, the winery is known for precise, terroir-driven Barolos that showcase the depth and character of Nebbiolo and other traditional Italian grapes.

Throughout the evening, you’ll learn more about the region and the producer while enjoying a thoughtfully prepared five-course meal designed to complement these iconic Piedmont wines.
