"The color is a pale salmon, verging on peach. On the nose, just-ripe strawberry and white raspberry dominate, plus a very mild thyme/ rosemary bouquet of spice. On the palate, it's super clean and fresh, green-red strawberry and cherry, with mild acidity, with lightness and brightness throughout. Finishes without heaviness or sweetness, just dry and very vibrant.
The low alcohol makes this an ideal "sessionable" rosé, where one bottle just won't be enough."
