Spanning 450 acres across the finest locales of Montagne de Reims, Côtes des Blancs, and Valleé de la Marne, each site is meticulously chosen to cultivate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes that epitomize the elegance necessary for impeccably balanced champagne. It is ripe and balanced, with yellow flowers, honeycomb, and plum, and it has elegant concentration and underlying tension, precise mousse, and rich salinity, with lingering notes of croissant and delicate smoke."
