We're finding more and more that whatever the question, Pinot Noir is the answer. A red with fish? Pinot. Something soft with an elegant texture? Pinot. Everyone having something different? Once again, Pinot comes through.
So when the time came to commission an exclusive California Pinot Noir to serve by-the-glass at all Foxcroft locations, we were bound to be particular about what we wanted. And we tasted a lot of samples that just weren't right. Our ideal needed to impress, and we're excited that Mulray represents our best version yet.
