2016 Château Fombrauge

The 2016 Château Fombrauge is a polished and expressive Saint-Émilion, showing the vintage’s strengths through a combination of ripe fruit, supple tannins, and lively freshness. Predominantly Merlot with a small portion of Cabernet Franc, it opens with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, plum, wild mint, and floral notes, followed by hints of chocolate, espresso, and spice. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a refined texture, well-integrated oak, and a persistent finish.
