Join us for a masterclass featuring Evening Land Vineyards of Oregon and Sandhi Wines of California, two producers united by a deep commitment to expressing a true sense of place. From Evening Land’s Seven Springs Vineyard in the Willamette Valley to Sandhi’s vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills, we’ll explore how soil, climate, elevation, and coastal influence shape the character of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both producers take a hands-on approach in the vineyard and a restrained approach in the cellar, allowing the unique qualities of each site to shine through. Taste six wines side by side and discover how two distinct Pacific regions translate terroir into the glass.
