NC- How To Drink Australian Book

In September, we had the privilege of hosting an Australian wine dinner featuring esteemed guest speakers Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross, a Master Sommelier. The event showcased wines from their import company, LEGEND, which exclusively imports wines from Australia. LEGEND concentrates on supporting small producers who are dedicated to crafting high-quality wines through ethical practices.

Jane and Jon extended their passion for Australian wines by co-authoring their latest book, "How To Drink Australian." This user-friendly guide provides insights into Australian wine, its diverse regions, and showcases select exceptional producers. It also features excellent wine maps that highlight the distinct characteristics that make each region, and in turn the wines, unique.
