First produced in 1957, Baumard’s Crémant Carte Turquoise is a stunning, hand-crafted example of this appellation, which spans both the Anjou and Touraine AOCs. Sourced from the estate as well as select growers with an average vineyard age of 35 years, this Crémant is made using the traditional méthode Champenoise and aged for a minimum of 24 months en tirage. The result is a wine with an exceptionally fine mousse and complex aromas and flavors of apples, pears, almonds, and honey.
