SC- Cuvée des Renards Bourgogne Rouge

Native to Bourgogne, the Pinot Noir grape is a mysterious and complex varietal.

It's the raw material of the greatest Bourgogne red wines, and has thus played a key role in the region’s worldwide reputation. It's the quintessential interpreter of terroir, and is capable of capturing every nuance of the land on which it is grown. Thanks to this propensity to reflect the characteristics of the land, winemaking in the Bourgogne region is traditionally practiced using this single variety for reds.

The nose displays a delightful fusion of red and black fruits and warm cinnamon. A hint of tart raspberry leads into flavors of  cranberry, redcurrant, strawberry and a long earthy finish.
